Customers
trust that they can always buy with confidence on myhemis.com. Products offered
for sale on myhemis.com must comply with all laws and regulations and with
myhemis.com policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products
listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is
strictly prohibited.
If you supply
goods on myhemis.com, you should carefully review the Restricted Products Help
pages listed below before listing a product. The examples provided in these
Help pages are not all-inclusive and are provided solely as an informational
guide. We encourage you to consult with your legal counsel if you have questions
about the laws and regulations concerning your products. Even where a product
is listed as an “Example of Permitted Listings,” all products and listings must
also comply with applicable laws. In addition, any links provided are for
informational purposes only, and myhemis.com does not warrant the accuracy of
any information provided in these links.
If you supply
a product in violation of Law or any of myhemis.com policies, including those
listed on the Terms & Conditions pages, will take necessary and corrective
actions, as appropriate, including but not limited to immediately suspending or
terminating selling privilege's, deleting inventory from our marketplace, and
terminating the Business relationship. The sale of illegal or unsafe products &
services can also lead to legal action, including civil and criminal
proceedings.
While posting
a quotation, based on the End User/ Customer requirement, Service Provider
deemed to put a specific percentage of the total cost placed in the quotation
as security in the wallet and so in a situation after confirming the service
request, if the Service Provider does the cancellation of any End User's/
Customer's service request, that security amount will then be deducted from the
Service Provider's wallet account immediately. In case of cancellation of the
request from Service Provider side, the security amount will not be refunded
back to the Service Provider in any condition and which for Seller/ Service
Provider also do agrees with this policy. For the calculations perspective and to understand the same, all the Seller's, merchant's, vendor's and/or service provider's must refer this link
We are
constantly innovating on behalf of our customers and working with regulators,
third party experts, vendors, sellers and service providers to improve the ways
we detect illegal and unsafe products, but don't guarantee that the system will
automatically detect any such illegal or unsafe product & services in
itself, and so it is the sole responsibility of the Seller of Products &
Services to ensure each category and quality of the Product & Services to
be delivered.
In case
Seller or Service provider found to be involved of selling any illegal and
unsafe products & services, will lead to legal actions as per Indian
constitution against the Seller/ Service Provider.
If the
Service Provider has accepted the request of any service from the customer via myhemis.com website/ application and thereby confirmed to provide the services,
failure to which may lead to forfeit of security amount and that too without
any further question in place and the Service provider shall not have any
rights to claim the same through any channel and thus Service provider
understand this term of policy and agrees upon with. Further, in case the
customer has made the payment to hire the services after getting the
confirmation from the Service Provider, in any circumstances, if the Service
Provider cancels the service order, security amount will be deducted immediately
from the Service provider wallet/ account and which for Service provider will
not be having any right to claim it back from myhemis.com or the Company and thus agrees to all Seller policy including all Terms & Conditions mentioned on myhemis.com .
