Customer Policy

This Customer policy sets out how Myhemis.com provide the rights to the End Users/ Customers on using our platform viz website/ application.

As myhemis.com is only the online marketplace service provider and has to do nothing with the Seller/ Service provider and hence with the quality of the sold product & services by any Seller/ Service provider. With reference to this, in case any product or service doesn't meet the required End User/ Customer expectation, then this is the matter of concern and/ or dispute between the End User/ Customer and Seller/ Service Provider. 

In any case or situation, myhemis.com or the Company Heftig Digital Services Private Limited or any of it's representative will not be responsible and/ or a part of any such dispute arises between the End User/ Customer and Seller/ Service Provider. 

Further, End User/ customer is advised to make a video while unpacking any delivered product and the quality of the service provided before and after of the finished service. This will help the End User/ Customer in case of any return/ replacement and or to judge the quality of the Service provided by the Seller/ Service Provider and not by myhemis.com .

After placing a successful order, customer will be able to receive an OTP/ pass code in the user panel/ application and which need to be shared to the delivery person by the customer to ensure the final delivery confirmation. In case during delivery of the product's (excluding service delivery), End User/ Customer found any product in bad/ damaged condition or in case found the original packaging in wear & tear condition, he/she can immediately deny for the acceptance of the same to the delivery person and will ensure that delivery person has accepted/ unchecked that particular item/ product from the delivery list so that the customer would then be able to get the refund against that specific product. End User/ Customer should ensure the total count and the quality of the delivered product before passing the OTP/ pass code to the delivery person or otherwise, claim raised for delivery of less quantity will not be entertained in any circumstances by myhemis.com or by the Company & so no refund/return and/or replacement can be raised by the End User/Customer is such a situation and which to Customer agrees as per this policy and Terms & Conditions.

With any successful order placement, both for Product and/ or Services, End User/ Customer agrees and accept all these policies and Terms & conditions mentioned on myhemis.com website/ application.

Above mentioned policy and Terms & conditions can be changed anytime without any further notice. So as to update with the policies and Terms & Conditions, End User/ Customer need to keep on check with the website/ application.
